School Profile

North County Christian School is a charming K-8 campus located in northern San Luis Obispo County.  We are within walking distance of downtown Atascadero, and a short drive from Paso Robles, Santa Margarita, Templeton, and San Miguel.  We are proud to say that we are deeply rooted in the Atascadero community and culture.

At NCCS, we believe that we are called by God to make in impact for Christ in this community.  At this time in our nation, it is extremely apparent that the light of Jesus should shine brighter than ever before.  We endeavor to shine that light not only for our students to see, but also our families and our community.  We are honored to be given the responsibility of teaching this next generation biblical truth, so that they can go forth and be a light and lead others to the life-giving knowledge of God’s love.

We limit each class to approximately fifteen students, which allows us to have a small school feel, while embracing the modernness of technology and cutting-edge teaching styles and curriculum.  Because of our size, it fosters a very welcoming, family-oriented culture. 

By combining faith, community, family, education, fun, and a strong work ethic, we have allowed a positive culture of growth on our campus…not just for students, but also for our staff, families, and community.
